Google is the best search engine but there is always a scope of improvement (oh, I’m not referring to the search results over here, I’m referring to the looks and design). Google Icon is a small extension of firefox (just 3 Kb), which adds the Favicon of the websites in front of the search results.

Although, it will not make any difference but certainly a boring search result page looks quite colorful :)

I’ve had this add-on for a while. It actually does make a difference, because it lets you recognize websites easier. It’s pretty useful.

I’d recommend getting it from firefox add-ons page. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/4676
