It is basically another way of Google to promote there already famous search engine service :)
I find the structure or look and feel of the UNITS (Google calls the box as "units") similar to CHITIKA E-MALLS, however this service is yet not integrated with ad-sense...so there is no money earning in this.

We can say that this service can be made instant hit..if it can be integrated with Google Adsense or if integrated in Blogger.com
I think there are lots services of Google which can be integrated in each other and Google must do it so that all of their services can be used by the users.
