These days we've got lots of free photo sharing services and few of them are :
So, after all these service..Paypal's Co-founder Max Levchin thought of starting another service in this area (By the way you can click on the name of the co-founder to see the demo of the service).
Where it beats other services?
1. The best thing about this service is that it allows you to upload the photos in the simplest manner..its as simple as 1,2,3. For those who are curious to know the steps :
- Connect to the internet.
- Download the program.
- Install the software.
- Add photos.
- Done.
3. They've got a superb customer service and i've higlighted superb because I myself have checked there service and they beat each and everyone in it.
4. They provide UNLIMITED BANDWIDTH & SPACE for you photos. No matter how many photos you want to upload, no matter what's their size..just put it in the software and software will upload it for you.
5. It is completely Free. There's no basic or pro account kind of stuff. It's Free!
Where other's are better?
There is a very less improvement required in slide but those will be welcome changes.
1. The slide player uses flash technology to display the images, it will be nice to have the slideshow which just runs with the help of Javascript or AJAX.
2. Slide player currently shows around 50 images and picks up randomly, it will be nice to have the option of wheather a person wants specific photos to be displayed in the player. Also, just 50 photos in a slide is not much, however..it's got better as it only showed 20 photos in the starting days. And there customer service has told that they are going to increase that number.
3. No comments on photos itself. I always loved this feature of Flickr..in which it allows to put the comments on the actual photo itself..like sticky notes thingy and this feature isnt in this..it's not that without this things wont work..but some how I always loved that feature of flickr.

Well, after looking at all these points and considering that this service is still in BETA PHASE...I think 4 Dino still beats others because others wont get that number even if they are established.
