Gmail for domain is a service from google which allows users to have a webmail service for there site or a medium based company. They allow users to use 2 GB of space & use various other services like Google Talk & calendar along with it. You can find more information by going to the following link : Gmail for Domain.
PRO :
* Provides a familar interface for GMAIL users.
* Gives 2 GB of space.
* Allows 25 users for free.
* Easy to setup - Just MX RECORD needs to be changed. For those who don't know MX RECORD can click here : MX RECORD. It can be bit technical for normal users but a person who runs a website with a domain must be aware of it.
CON :
* Gives only 2 GB of space - not increasing one :p just kiddin'
* Does'nt allow users to interact with Gmail Users using Google Talk.
In short there is actually no demerit of Gmail for domain.

Although, it is nice to have the features of GMAIL for your own domain email service but still the only demerit is that it doesnt allow users to talk to GMAIL users. I tried to add myself in other gmail account but it didnt work..I got the notification that I want to talk to myself :p and even after accepting the invitation, it doesnt work. I hope that the interoperatibility will come in handy but may be other users (small business firms) who will actually use it as the email solution will not like to see the interoperatibility in chat as they might not like there employees to chat with others while at work.

The only thing is that in this service, I can create 50 email accounts and that is the good part. It is showing me the future :)

wow this is great. im going to try to get it for my domain. haha. new website is nearly finished. i left trap17 and i didnt go for computing host. :P
