Reply By Chat - A new innovation by Gmail engineers

Yesterday, Gmail Engineers gave us a new option in the best email service and that new option is that it now allows people to see the chat conversation in between the Email conversations. That is, if you want to reply to any person and that person is online then simply chat with him by clicking on a new LINK which is found near the forward, reply and it will store the chat conversation in that email conversation.

This becomes another feather in the cap of Gmail, Email conversation was the biggest innovation by Google and this add-on has made this even good :)

The good thing is that the chat converstaion will only appear in that email converstaion, when that person gets offline or you get offline. Here are the screenshots of the new feature and how it works :

We hope that Gmail engineers keep on giving us these kind of features and give the email a new edge in the conversation :)
