Better Search Activity For Live Messenger!

Collaboration or sharing is increasing everyday and certainly is a usefull thing as well. So, now we have all new avatar of search activity feature in the Live Messenger and that is based on collaboration if not completely a bit.

What is search activity ?

Well, as the name suggests it is a feature which lets you search the web, the benefit of it is that it is incorporated in messenger and you don't have to leave the conversation window to do the searching.

How can I use it ?

Following steps are involved to use the search activity feature :

1. Open a conversation window.
2. Click on the Activity button or go to ACTIONS -> Start An Activity.
3. Select SEARCH.
4. It will open a new side window attached to conversation window and will show LIVE SEARCH.
5. Enter any keyword and share the links by dragging and dropping the links. You can even share the image search results and news results.

Important things to keep in mind!

1. You must be in ONLINE mode or status, it will not work in Invisible mode.
2. It works with Live messenger.
3. It has spell checker.
4. You can use the image search result to set it as AVATAR, simply click on the image result and then drag and drop on the bigger image.
