Google Desktop Gadget Contest!

Google has decided to extend the Gadget Contest for Google Desktop. According to the Google Desktop Team, now the submission date of the gadgets for Google Desktop will be 14th August 2006.

The contest homepage states that the winner of the contest will win Google T-shirt and $ 5000. I am sure a small idea and nice programming skills will be needed to win this contest and alas I don't have anything of these two :(.
