Microsoft Acquires Winternals Software!

Microsoft has recently acquired Winternal Software LP, a company founded by Mark Russinovich and Bryce Cogswell in 1996. The company provides system and data recovery solutions and Microsoft is claiming that with the addition of Winternals they'll be able to lower down the prices in the system recovery and data recovery.

Along with Winternals, Microsoft has also acquired Sysinternals (a site which provides various system related utilities) and this site is run by both Mark and Bryce only.
