Share Best Moment Of Google Videos!

Google Video Team has recently added a new service in Google Videos and with the help of this new feature, a user will be able to share a specific moment of the video and will be able to send the link of that moment directly. They are right now supporting hours, minutes and second (do we have anything else? :p) For e.g. in the The New Roommate video, I love the portion which is the end part then I can send your friend gets to see the best part of the video and doesnt need to load the whole video.
In order to achieve this a user has to simply add #xmxs (X over here is any number) to the end of the URL of the video. Like in the above example I used #2m42s and added this in the end of the URL to achieve the result.
This seems to be a really nice innovative feature but I am not sure of how many users will be benefited out of it. Atleast, I don't find a very big use of this feature, maybe others will find the use.
