Yahoo Messenger 8 Final Release!

Yahoo has announced the release of final version (version 8) of the messenger. That means it is not having the beta tag anymore with it.
The good thing about the version is that it is providing the collaboration with Windows Live messenger straight away and now no user needs the invitation for that. It is available for each and everybody.

Messenger also has the plugin support as seen in the beta version and users can download the plugins from the following site : Yahoo Messenger Plugin Gallery.

Although Yahoo is targetting a bigger section and has introduced the Gallery as a new section and messenger gallery is just a part of it, however at this point of time major section of plugins are for messenger only.
