Google Sued For Adsense Fraud

The reason for filing the suit :
Bradly, the owner of http://www.Bravacorp.com/ asked Google to remove various competitiors adverstisement from their adsense account or you can say that she emailed Google to put various websites in their competitive ad filter list. But, in turn Google removed the whole adsense from their site or in turn banned their account.
The reason for Banning the Account :
Google removed the ads because according to Google she had violated the terms and conditions of Google adsense by fraudlently clicking the their own adsense ads. And guess what Bradly has confirmed that too. She said that she did it to find out the various competitors around!
Now, this is simply stupid and nothing but a marketting strategy. Bradly, knows that by filing a suit against Google will create the buzz around and that will in turn give them extreme pouplarity. However, because of their act and the acceptance that they clicked on ads, google has no worries as it is mentioned in the terms and conditions that clicking on the own adsense ads will lead to termination of account.
Also, Google has also provided with tools where any adsense publisher can simply put the website address of competitive websites and avoid their ads apearing on the publisher's website.
What can be done from getting banned from Google Adsense?
Well, here are some of the simple steps which anyone can follow and can get safe from getting banned :
1. Never Click on your own adsense ads.
2. Don't use the copyright material because Google is against the use of copyright material.
3. Never ask your friends to click on your ads, Google can catch it without any problems.
4. Do'nt use click bots and don't try to click ads using proxy servers.
5. Read the whole Terms and conditions of Google adsense and play with in rules. I love this statement and I always follow it in my life : "Always play with in rules never play with rules."
