Holiday season is on and everyone is enjoying it as well. In early days when email was not so popular, we all used paper greetings but many of us now depend on emails. We have used, send or shared some funny programs, messages through email and many desktop greeting cards as well. However, there are various files on the web which contain viruses, trojan horse etc. The worst thing is that these files look like a greeting card or some message, but behind the scene they download various malicious files and try to give the worst gift of this holiday season.
F-Secure blog has reported certain cases like this where a file called CHRISTMAS.EXE shows you some greeting and at the back downloads malicious files and makes your computer a zombie! Apart from that there is another backdoor called Christmas_Puzzle.exe and this displays a jigsaw puzzle but behind it is a backdoor and that on top of it uses Rootkits to hide its presence. There are some powerpoint files like Christmas+Blessing-4.ppt and what it does is that it puts two embedded programs using some vulnerability in powerpoint.
Now, you see that it is very easy to get infected from these viruses or any bad program, which may harm your computer. Domain name is the reflection of anybody’s website, blog etc. and thus choosing the domain name becomes equally important. As the domain name itself can make someone rich (Utube Vs. Youtube) and can help in building a good brand name.

DesiMartini is a social networking website which targets Indian Youth by providing normal social networking and spices it up with the mobile sms. The word spices up with mobile sms is used because in India SMS’s are really popular amongst youngsters and DM is hoping to make use of it and become the most popular social networking site in India. They have plans of having 1 million registered users in 6 months only. The site was started by Vivek Pahwa (25) and the company is Pahwa KBS (situated in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. Where I live.) Vivek is a recent graduate from Indian School of Business, which is a reputed business school in India.
The site used to be called Wohho but now the name has been changed to DesiMartini (I’ll say much better name). The site seems to be extremely similar to Orkut and any Orkut user will find that they’ve used the terms like SCRAPS etc. in this site as well (some people may notice similar kind of Icons too!). However, the site interface or usability is not that impressive as Orkut. They’ll need to hire a much better web designer to give it a cool look.

These days when Web 2.0 or the social networking is leading the internet, there is a certain group in the internet which is yet not comfortable in sharing the private information with the whole world, but they want to use the online photo sharing or video sharing websites too, so that they can share that information with their friends and relatives.
For this, lets see how can we unlist the videos from the Google Video search. The videos will be accessible by anyone but they won’t appear in the search results and not even on the sidebars of the videos. This feature is currently available in Google video search and hopefully we’ll get this feature in other services as well.
Here’s what we have to do, to unlist the video :
