callgraph-logo Call Graph is a Skype plugin which lets you record your Skype conversations. There are many call recorders available, few are paid and few are free and so I can’t say that there is anything new in this plugin. However, it’s always good to have the competition. Let’s see how Call Graph performs.

PROS of Call Graph :

1. Lets you record the conversations in MP3 format : Because conversations are stored in MP3 format, thus they are smaller in size and have good quality too. In my test a call of 3 min. 54 sec. was stored in around 3.4 Mb size.

2. Good Quality : Calls are stored in 128 Kbps bit-rate in mono and that is quite decent when it comes to listening to recorded calls.

3. No trouble software : You install the software, authorize it from Skype (You get a small pop-up as soon as you open Skype) and as soon as you get a call or make a call, it starts recording.

It’s not like normal blog where the recent posts are displayed at the top and then older ones towards the bottom, It’s not a magazine style theme, it displays latest post in a category and then gives the links of last 5 posts in that category.

Recently, there was one of the reader who were facing a problem in which all the other computers in her home were working fine except the one which had windows vista on it.

Well, no logic of mine could help her out and so she decided to contact the support and found out that a firmware update of the wireless router did the trick and the connection started working for her on that Vista computer too.

There is a knowledge base article for this too, where Microsoft has given solution to a problem where Windows Vista can not connect to certain routers.

What I thought was impossible happened today! I couldn’t access Google.com well, you must be wondering that it will be my internet connection but to be honest, it isn’t the problem of my internet connection as everything else just works fine.

It’s been almost like 30 min. that Google is working on and off for me and few of my friends in different locations in India only. So, I can surely say that there is some problem going on with Google servers at this time in India, not sure about others countries though.

Here are the screenshots of Trace Route of Google.com & Gmail.com :
