Want to compose rock and don’t know how to even hold a guitar. Relax. All you need is Fl Studio with the FL Slayer plugin. Originally developed by reFX, this plugin opens a cool looking interface that sets one’s eyes on fire!

A realistic set of six strings that makes the user to move his mouse up and down; it doesn’t work though. One has to open the piano roll editor and paint the notes as required and viola – you have your first guitar solo! Options given are Auto chords, power chords, strumming among other things and various knobs are given using which one can tweak tone, fret, slap, feedback, harmony, drive, presence etc. I am not going to tell you what each knob does. I suggest you run the plugin and use it and tweak the knobs yourself and I am sure you will be pleasantly surprised you get the various sounds as rock stars play on stage!

There are lots and lots of photo sharing sites and the clear winner in that is Flickr with a great community around it however that didn’t stop Andrea D’Ottavio from coming up with CiaoBelli. CiaoBelli is an Italian startup aiming at creating a community who loves sharing photos of parties, events or holidays with friends and others.

Well, we can all say that why and what’s the use of another service which is focusing on sharing photos. Well, there are few reasons here and one of them is that most of the photo sharing sites are focused on all type of photos but CiaoBelli concentrates more on sharing photos of parties, events and holidays.

Another reason is what I found out while talking to Andrea is that they are focusing on providing a better service and which is not crippled by various limits.

CiaoBelli offers unlimited photo uploads and doesn’t stop you from creating multiple albums, you can put notes on the pictures (they call it mapping the photo) and if you write the name of the person then it automatically links to the profile of the person if they are on CiaoBelli too.

When it comes to fanaticism, I’m completely against it however, we all have some special liking towards certain products or brand following or brand loyalty, what ever you want to call it. I’ve got brand loyalty towards Zoho and it’s only because the kind of work they are doing in the field of Online Office.

Till this time, no online office is even inch close to what Zoho office has to offer. Zoho Business is one of the service which I’ve been looking closely and my recent visit to Zoho’s office in Chennai gave me the opportunity to speak to Zoho Business developers and they told me their plans with Zoho Business (Currently in closed Beta).
