Well, I wonder that if the team at Zoho ever sleeps ? Few days back they had released a major release and now they’ve come up with another major step and have released the mobile version of Zoho writer and that too with the support of Google gears and thus allowing you to access your documents even when you are offline.

I tried accessing it using Opera simulator, however it detects it as a laptop/desktop. I’m going to try it out with Windows Mobile Emulator and lets see how it performs (in the upcoming post, I’ll let you know how to run Windows Mobile emulator).

It’s quite interesting to see that Google Docs still doesn’t support offline version through Google Gears and well, how can you expect the mobile version supporting it, when it doesn’t have the facility on the desktop version.

Few days back I’d asked you guys that what will you do if you think that computer is infected from spyware and I got 3 responses (well, I expected more) but I really liked the responses. Doug, Vaibhav and Madhur gave the replies and I’m sure their suggestions will certainly help.

Pidgin is awesome when it comes to multi-IM software and GIMP is loved by the graphics designers who can’t afford Photoshop, including Sumesh who writes about it regularly.

We need a pro internet security software which can be a tough competition to all those companies which are taking huge amount of information from us like information about viruses, spyware etc. and still charge us for providing the security software.

Ok, we’ll have some people saying we have ClamWin AV as one of the security program which can fight against viruses! Right you are! It perfectly serves the purpose on that machine of mine, which I don’t bring online and doesn’t have any floppy drive, USB ports and yeah no CD/DVD drives too!

Right-click on a word and choose the ‘Thesaurus’ option from the contextual menu & you’ll get synonyms and related words to the chosen word.
