Choosing the right colors while starting to get a blog designed is something that can act as a plus point towards getting a classy final output. I followed the Color Trends of 2008 from the fashion industry and came up with color pallets that might be useful to all those wanting to get a blog designed or those designing themselves. Here it goes:

Great list…I’m submitting to digg, and I’m developing a new theme for my sites (which was sorely in need of a classy color scheme).
[...] 13 Fashion Color Trends of 2008 to Make Blog Designs Rock! by Rajat - I’m always one to try and improve my design tastes and often that starts with color. If you’re thinking of redoing your site, trying drawing some inspiration from this post. Very cool. [...]

Hey, great colours! I really like them all, but if I had to choose, I’d say the purple is my favorite.

I DIGG this very much! I’m an artist.. and it has helped me tremendously, partnering suitable colours. I do many triptychs.. and this reference works so well for me.

I really like the “Elegant” blog design. It looks like it would be a great layout for when I start my own blog.
We love the VIBRANT color pallete!!! I am a yearbook adviser at a K-12 school. The student staff found your Fashion Color Trends and wants to use the Vibrant colors as the color scheme for our yearbook this year. Do you know the Pantone numbers for each color? We’re having a little trouble setting up our colors by viewing it from the monitor. Thanks for the inspiration. We’re more excited about our book than ever.
