Well, this post is more directed towards the readers who maintain a blog and who want to set some authority in the blogosphere. Chris Garrett has start a forum called Authority blogger forum.
The idea behind this forum is to help each and every blogger with various aspects of blogging. You can get help related to design, content etc. You can also ask for some help in tweaking your blog for SEO stuff.
Chris Garrett is not a new face in blogosphere and everyone knows that he can teach you all that will help you in building a good blog which will have some authority. You can also get your blog reviewed in the forum and imagine that Chris and other authority bloggers will be reviewing your blog and that will actually help you only.

No not at all, Its not a paid post. This post is for the contest which Chris is running i.e. if he gets some referrals, he’ll write a guest post on the blog.
