		<description>There seems to be a bit of confusion about read receipts and delivery receipts. Its my understanding that a return receipt indicates that the email server has delivered the message but it does not indicated that the message has been read.  
 
Its important to understand what you are trying to achieve with these headers and really understand how they work in order to use them effectively. </description>
