There are cases when you fire up your computer and find out that your favorite OS i.e. Windows XP has experienced some problem and fails to boot because of various reasons.

- Use Last known Good Configuration.
- Use System Restore.

- Disable Automatic Restart.
- Restore from a Backup.

Well, while working at HP’s Technical support we (me and my colleagues) used to make use of these techniques and believe me they did work.

Thanks a lot for sharing! I’ve gone into such situations when it doesn’t boot, I’ve used the ‘Last Known Good Configuration’ option quite often :D

i get to the end user agreement page and nothing happens…it says click f8 if i agree…i do so and nada
