How to edit a Marked as Final Document!

  20 Sep 2007 by TipsoSaurus

In the last post I explained that when and how one can create a Marked As Final Document so that no one else can edit it. In this post, I’ll explain that how you may edit the Marked as Final document with ease.

1. Open the document in any other Document editor (I’ll recommend Openoffice.org).

2. Save the file.

Voila! No more hassles!

Now I feel that what’s the use of such a feature which can be cracked so easily ? But anyway, there will be many people who won’t know about this and will use Mark as Final feature but now you know that how to crack it easily !

WOoo man, in earlier post, you provide a solution to a problem, and in this one, you tell a crack for it . man!! the problem is still the same now. a problem is solved in a day, and a problem is again raised the next day.

@ Vaibhav : Ah! What can I do, Microsoft hasn’t asked the competitors to incorporate such a feature. It is better to use the Password protection feature of Office, that’s better than this.
