How to run IE7 & IE 6 together!

  21 Dec 2007 by TipsoSaurus

It can be a pain for any web developer/tester to ensure that a website design looks fine and OK on the major browsers. We can run IE, Firefox and Opera on one machine without any problems but what about running a different version of IE along with other ?

I was testing a blog design recently and wanted to check that how it will look on IE 6 as I’m using IE 7 now. Well, I stumbled upon an article recently which provided the links of standalone versions of IE 6 & IE 7.

So, even if you have a different version and want to test the website on the other browser, don’t worry just download the stand alone version of the other version and you are good to go.

Thank you for this Tip. Some of the corporate applications are still tied to IE6.
