Orkut now offers the option of writing the scraps in Hindi. We all know that how popular Orkut is in India and that Google engineers ensure that they don’t leave any chance to woo Indian crowd!

In order to ensure that you can type the scraps in Hindi, you have to perform these steps :

1. Go to Edit Profile.
2. Under the General tab and the section Languages I speak…
3. Select the language as Hindi.

Now, whenever you will type a scrap you’ll get the option of selecting the text box which says, Type in Hindi and then whenever you’ll type the Hindi words in English I.e. Hinglish then the words will automatically convert into Hindi language.

What do you think, how many users will make use of this feature ? Anyway, this feature is only available for Hindi language and not any other languages in India but for other languages you may use various third party tools which will allow you to type in languages apart from Hindi and English!
