Google Spreadsheets Adds Charts!

Google Spreadsheets has finally got charts as well. Yesterday, they announced Google Presently and now they’ve brought charts functionality too. This feature was worked upon by Google engineers from long time and finally, they’ve introduced this feature.

It seems that Google has finally started paying attention to its Docs & Spreadsheet because it is after long time, that we are hearing news or any introduction of new products and features in this product. You can create Pie, Columns, Bars, Lines & Scatter type of charts. You just have to select the cells and press the new Charts button and you’ll be able to create the charts.

We hope to see good competition amongst the online office market, as it will be a win win situation for all of us. Who knows, when Microsoft will take the step of providing the Microsoft Office at much cheaper rates :)
