Another handy “application” is this site that installs a button in Picasa that allows you to upload photos to Facebook.

Thanks for mentioning Fosimo – desktop client for windows on Facebook.
There is one typo in the article though. The name is FOSIMO.

Recently there were some features added to the product like:
1) synchronization with Microsoft OUTLOOK.
2) Autoupdate.
