pzizz-logo.jpgWork from home and un-organized person is the worst combination for any person trying to build a start-up. The result are generally as follows :

1. No productive work 2. No social life 3. Sleep less nights

Of course, I was able to fix my two big problems by getting in a schedule and it was the third problem which was killing my schedule and that was the sleep. No matter how hard I tried, I just couldn’t sleep properly and after few days of sleepless nights, I slept for more than what I am supposed to.

In my latest spree of getting organized, I came across pzizz which claims to fix the sleep problems! Sounds too good to be true but then ,I thought that beggars are not choosers and there is harm in trying a software which is free for try.

The software comes with two modules : Default Energizer & Default Sleep. Default Energizer is the module which helps you in getting quick naps (20 min. module) while at work time and claims to re-energize you and the Default sleep module (60 min. module) helps you in getting the sleep for hours and helps you tackle those sleepless nights.

I used the software and here is what I feel about this software :

Does it work ?

Pzizz plays some soothing music and a voice instruction tells you that what all you can do to get a good and nice sleep. Pzizz definitely helped me in getting the sleep. It may be phycological or may be what Pzizz claims is what worked, whatever it may be , I definitely felt energized when used the Default energizer module and went to sleep (although I almost broke the headset) when I used the default sleep module and had a good sleep too.

The interface of the software :

The interface of the software is just like any media player although, it’s loaded with those modules only. You can create more modules according to your needs and begin your sleep journey.

What do you think about such a software ? Do you think that it works because of the phycological reason or do you think that it’s that effect of music which takes you away from those sleepless moments ?
