as far as second negative is concerned….I know its not VoIP but what’s the harm if they can get this thing done :)

1) Memory Usage – Its not that sick, although 37MB usage is there but it doesnot affect no more than 3 MB of the virtual memory of Windows moreover works faster than any other IM.

2) No Phone func. – Live Messenger is an IM client, not a VoIP like Skype … hehehe ;)
