OK, I think I found a good one for duplicating audio CDs: Exact Audio Copy (http://www.exactaudiocopy.de/). To make an exact copy of an audio CD, this one can rip all tracks to a huge WAV file and a corresponding CUE file (identifying tracks within the WAV file) and then use the CUE file (pointing to the WAV file) to copy tracks to another CD. I only tried the first step, but it looks like it's gonna work.

Hm, from the description, it looks like ISO Recorder works with data disks, but not audio disks. Unfortunately, I could not try it; installed V2, but did not find any menu items to launch an app and did not find a main program file in the Program Files folder (nothing but a bunch of DLLs and a helper executable, which did not seem like the main app executable). Reinstalled it with same results. Anyway, it seems to be similar to ImgBurn (which I love for what it does), but ImgBurn does not work with audio disks. I'm pretty sure that commercial apps (Nero, Roxio, etc) can duplicate audio CDs in 1-2 steps, so there must be something like this available.

@ Alek : Well, there are many software which can help you with this.
ISO recorder should be able to help you with that : http://isorecorder.alexfeinman.com/isorecorder.htm

Anyone knows a free app to copy/duplicate audio CDs (without having to rip them first), like creating an image file or duplicating directly to a second drive? Good list, btw.

Woah thats quite a list, I have not even heard of more than 90% of them. Will take some time to test each one of them but will use your inputs to choose the best ones.
