Do you envy those people who have got Windows Vista and who don’t stop singing about the Aero effect of Windows Vista ?
If yes, then I think you need to put something cool on your computer, so that you can make them wonder that why did they spend so much money on Windows Vista!
Well, Visual Task Tips is a small Shell Enhancement Utility (under 100 Kb) which displays the thumbnail of the current open windows. You just have to hover your mouse over the taskbar and it will display you the preview of that particular window.
I know, it doesn’t give you the Aero effect of Windows Vista but still, it is a fun Shell enhancement utility and it gives you something to show off. Another good thing which I liked about the developer that they themselves have posted the Limitations of Visual task tips and have not kept them as secrets!

:) I got Vista with my laptop.
Hehe, I don’t envy those people with VISTA. I am very satisfied with my XP. :-)
@ Vyoma : I’ve got XP WITH VISUAL TASK TIPS ! :p
@ Kuanhoong : You are my buddy….! Even I’m satisfied with XP :)
I envy people with Ubuntu.
Installed :D
When I had my old machine with XP, I installed Vista Inspirat 2 Bricopack (http://www.crystalxp.net/bricopack/) and then used the aforementioned thumbnail.
The only difference between the thumbnails on XP and Vista with Aero is that Aero provides live image.
Personally, I enjoy Flip 3D to find my way around :P
