Totaly liquid template means, when the template or rather the content of that template will resize automatically to the size of the browser. It can be handy to display the website in exact manner....regardless of the fact the users are using different screen resolution. I prefer fixed layout though! Thanks mare!

What happenes is that webaroo reduces the quality of the images and thus the size of the sites come out to be much lower than what actually it could be!
