adsense-banned In the recent change in the Terms and conditions of the Adsense, it becomes necessary for publishers to specify that cookies are used by Google to collect data in the ad serving process.

So, if you don’t have a privacy policy then go ahead and create one, as Google is quite strict in ensuring that publishers follow their rules else they an the accounts. Taken from Google Adsense blog :

We’ve also added some specific requirements that make it necessary for publishers to post and abide by a transparent privacy policy that users see. According to this policy, publishers must notify their users of the use of cookies and/or web beacons to collect data in the ad serving process.

Off I go! Even I’ve to create a privacy policy for myself and ensure that my account doesn’t get banned.

Update : I’ve created the privacy policy for me. DMA has an excellent online privacy policy generator and I’ve use this form and with in 5 min. my privacy policy was ready.
