Skype is an excellent software when it comes to instant messaging and Jing (although isn’t really powerful) is only decent free solution for screen recording. I was trying to find a software which will help me make use of the Built in-sight camera of my latest Macbook, however my luck wasn’t with me. Somehow I’ve lost hope that I’ll ever find good free software for Mac OS X.

Now lemme tell you how I made use of Skype and Jing and saved myself $ 29.99 (I wanted to write $ 30 but I thought that may be Apple fans will find that offending, that I increased the price of Quick Time Pro by 1 cent) :

Skype allows you make video calls through the built in-camera and Jing lets us capture the screen, so I thought that what happens after we open Skype Preferences and then capture that area only where we can see the preview of how the Video call will be in Skype.

I hope this simple tip helps you too and that you start jumping into Video Casting. We’ll soon release quick tips as screencasts and will be doing video blogging too! Right here at ReviewSaurus, so stay tuned!
