This brings up a list of Windows services that you can start, stop and configure. * Find the Security center, double click on it and change the Security Center from Auto start to Manual. Select OK and close the services dialog box. * Restart. Security Center won't run at all. i tweaked it to stop and the icon vanished i did this way

I turned all this crap off now I am NOT plagued with one of the following 1. My anti-virus software [ which is registered till 2019] tells me I am NOT registered. so I have to input my code AGAIN! 2. The wallpaper keeps changing every time I boot up 3. Micro Crap tells me my soft ware is not genuine [ which means I paid money to a pirate in a retail store ] CRAP!! it IS genuine [ but the same copy may have been sold to 50 other people]. 4.
