Making wallpaper was never so easy!

We all play around with our computer desktops a lot and customize it with different types of wallpapers, screensavers regularly and yeah some of them do play with icons too.

There are various places where you’ll find some quality wallpapers for you computer screen however, nothing beats those wallpapers which you can create on your own. WallPaperMaker is one such tool, which lets you create custom wallpapers and that with few clicks only.

Here’s one of the wallpaper which I created in 10 sec. flat, although it’s not the best of the lot which they display on their gallery but still it has some uniqueness as this was created by your own ReviewSaurus :)

However here are some of the things which I would like to see in WallPaperMaker as it’s still a very basic tool. What I liked about the service is that it provides lots of background, images of movie stars and cartoons and lot of other stuff to play around and the images and props are of high quality so your wallpaper looks really cool.

What didn’t impress me or what I would love to see in the service :

1. An option where we can include our own pictures or may be import pictures from Flickr or Picasa.

2. It has very few options as far as customizing the props is concerned, filters like blur, zoom blur, shadow etc will certainly allow users to come up with some really cool wallpapers.

I have to say that they can attract a fair amount of crowd and build a community around wallpaper lovers provided they can make the tool a little bit powerful. Till the time, if you want more powerful tool then I’ll suggest you Picnik all the way.
